Guess Who Is There Harassing You?

An emergency centre in Zhenzhou City kept receiving calls from the same male voice Tuesday afternoon. When the call was answered by a man officer, there was silence at the other end of the line. But if it was responded by a woman officer, the caller would say: l love you.

After over 40 such nuisance calls in half an hour, the officers warned the caller that he would be tracked down and charged with harassment of the female police officers and interruption to the emergency operations had he continued. But the harasser seemed to be overcome with passion and had no concern for the consequence, keeping sending his love message for another 20 times.

The emergency centre got enough and sent officers to catch the rascal. Soon at that suspected calling location they spotted someone dialling number 110 at a public phone berth. But this rascal was not a man, just a little boy, topless and in his slippers. Upon inquiry, they learned he was only 11-year old. What can you do with him, then? Dumb bad luck for the women officers.

Officer: "What are you doing, kid?"
