Preparations:
1. Wash tomato.
Drop into hot water to remove skin. Cut
into crescent shapes.
2. Wash broccoli
under cool running water. Trim and peel
the stalk. Break the florets into small
pieces with hand.
3. Heat peanut
oil to medium hot. Add broccoli and
tomato, sprinkle salt and chicken stoke,
stir until the broccoli turn bright green
and tender-crisp.
